At the Camp dels Ninots site, multiple evidence of vegetation has been recovered.



This fact enables researchers to obtain key data to learn about the climate and landscape of this environment, and also to understand the climate dynamics that occurred in the past. Chronologically, it has a special importance, since it is one of the few sites that can explain in detail the transition that took place in the late Pliocene, from a typically subtropical climate to the current Mediterranean climate.
