HISTORICAL RE-ENACTMENTS: Itinerant theatre visit

Saturdays in August and September (6 sessions)

When: Saturdays in August and September (6 sessions)

The historical re-enactments that have been held since 2001 consist of a lovely guided walk around different corners of the municipality under the fun and enjoyable direction of three theatre actors who describe town events: from prehistory via Roman Caldes and the value that the waters have acquired with the exploitation of the thermal waters and the construction of the thermal spas.

Do you want to learn about all the thermal water town’s gossip, events and curiosities? Do you fancy having a really fun Saturday night? As a cultural experience, the brilliant historical re-enactments held on Saturdays in August and September are always indispensable, but especially this year, which has been declared Year of Cultural Tourism.

Visitors can enjoy a really fun Saturday night walking around the remains of the old city Aquae Calidae, the Roman thermal baths, Caldes Castle and the most outstanding heritage spaces.

The visit ends at one of our thermal spas where participants are offered a light snack.

The general entrance fee also includes a 10% discount at different establishments in the municipality.

A new performance every year!
